Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Acceptance

By placing an order on this site, you accept and agree to abide by all these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share any customer details with any 3rd parties.

Prices

All prices quoted are in £ GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed to purchase the product listed at the incorrect price, this is regardless of whether an order confirmation email has been received or your credit/debit card has been charged.

Orders

It is our practice to confirm orders by email once an order has been placed, however the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us, and our acceptance of an order will only be confirmed once we send an email to you confirming the shipment of your order. A contract with us will only be formed when you receive an email from us confirming the shipment of your order, and that contract will only relate to the products included within the email confirming shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, this includes rescinding our acceptance of an order and cancelling it thereafter, even if an order confirmation email has been received or your credit/debit card has been charged. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to refuse service to any customer. In the event that an order is cancelled by us after your credit/debit card has been charged, we will issue a refund to the same card.

Delivery

Delivery times stated are approximate, but we endeavour to dispatch orders within the stated times. If an order is required by a certain date, please indicate this in the order notes at the checkout stage. Shipping options and turnarounds are stated in terms of working days (Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Orders placed on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all contact details, including the delivery address, are correct and that the customer is able to accept the delivery at the address given. Orders which are returned to us due to the customer not being able to accept delivery at the given address will be subject to another delivery cost to be borne by the customer. Very occasionally delays occur which are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for courier delays after orders have left us.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

By placing a confirmed order, the customer accepts that the order is final. We will try to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee it will be possible.

All cancellations of printed orders that are requested by the customer will be subject to a charge, as we may have already prepared artwork, ordered stock that we do not hold or re-organised our production line. Please be aware that a minimum charge of 15% of the total of the customer's order will stand.

Refunds

If any order is placed on our website we will process and send as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfil an order we will give a full refund of all monies paid to us for the order. However, if an order is cancelled after it is paid for via our website due to a customer request before we ship then the refund we issue will be minus 2.5% as this is the charge levied against us by our payment provider "Shopify.com". This comes into effect from the 18th April 2021. 

Orders paid by PayPal or via credit card over the telephone are not subject to this 2.5% charge if a refund is requested.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
